Ole Mathisen's CMA commission was recorded for NPR
Saxophonist Ole Mathisen’s composition Mirage for his group FFEAR featured in a performance at the Miller Theatre in New York City on October 23 was recorded for later broadcast on JazzSet, an NPR program hosted by Dee Dee Bridgewater. The work was commissioned with support from CMA’s New Jazz Works: Commissioning and Ensemble Development Program.
